If Heald opens tomorrow then don't be surprised if sales, admissions, career services employees are laid off as they are no longer needed.

For now, they're busy finding the admissions staff special projects to "work" on. Situation will become clear one way or the other this week.
CLEARLY ..... Heald is NOT allowed to enroll new students, that is FACT. Why would you continue to pay Admissions (used car sales people) to sit and do nothing ??????? The only reason they are still on the payroll is.......upper management are idiots. Simply overhead the company can NOT afford.
Eh, these guys profession are always on demand. They wouldn't have problems getting jobs...in a used car salesmen!
They can't get rid of Career Services. They're already getting fined for false advertising regarding placement and graduation information. Get rid of Career Services and you can add job placement assistance as something they falsely advertised as well. Heald DID patch it up by changing the verbiage and removing 'Lifetime job placement' late last year but they still advertise placement assistance in print.
This is not going to happen. This writter and many of them on here really don't know what is going on. If you work for heald then you would know from your director there is one buyer on the table negotiating terms right now and we are all stuck in limbo. Stay positive.
San Jose has not paid their rent in 5 months.
I really hope this is true, last week was awful.
The information I have is from someone who has been reliable in the past.
@OP I am just curious as to how you know this? Do you know something that no one is saying?
Yes. Next week is going to be a chaos. It might take a couple of days to a week but sales/admissions/career services days are numbered.
@OP do you think that this is going to happen at all Heald colleges? I am at Roseville.
San Jose (Milpitas)
@OP where are you located?
