Nitin is not good CEO at all, He is not publishing Appraisal but firing people.
This will be really huge impact on all Employees..we can not believe this company .

If cost is the issue. Nitish Rakesh should cut down his salary to 50% before making such layoff decisions. This shows how Amateur he is. People who run the business are these poor chaps.

Couple of months ago people received broadcast email to send the nominations for H1B. And now people are getting fired whose H1B nominations are fired. I did not understand a strategy Nitin Rakesh :)
