So? How about we stop pretending like Heald is the victim here? We suck. Taking responsibility is always the first part of rebuilding a reputation, and we haven't even remotely begun to stop behaving like a bunch of jackasses. And the WSJ? I can almost promise you the writer is a shill for the for-profits.
