Culture of NO. Blow MILLIONS a year in consultants. Awful waste and politics. Middle management has 0 tech skills, so they hire bullshitters and project babysitters who mess up constantly, miss HUGE problems, and point fingers. They hide behind jargon and convince people the "chinese will steal our engineering specs" or "orders will fail" or "business will stop" if budgets are cut.
From working at Cameron in comparison to other places I've been, IT is just awful at Cameron. Half of them don't know what they're doing, yet they try to act arrogant. Especially those IT guys in Process Systems division!
