A former PD sent me a link to CB and it showed that Zenith advertised at least 67 various positions. Isn't ironic that we were terminated while they were advertising for new employees.

92135 - Adjunct teachers give adjunct efforts? AYFKM? I taught adjunct for this godforsaken company for nearly five years and busted my ass to jump through all of their ridiculous hoops. Having a large adjunct workforce is what kept these classes afloat. ECPO is down to full timers only, (which from a business standpoint makes no sense since they get paid benefits) and are simply dumping all of the adjuncts' classes onto FT employees but not paying them any more. Get a clue.
No link required...just do a search on career builder for the company named "Zenith Education Group". How funny they have instructor positions listed, one exactly like my former position...
Many of those job postings are old and carried over; just with a new company name.
235 you are worried about RIF meaning worried about your job, yet you are enjoying others getting worried about their jobs too and overall you are worried about a job at a (according to you) corrupt organization. Don't even know where to start with you!
2135: we didn't have any RIF's in my school yet. We are all afraid that the RIF's are coming soon because our student population of this corruption is going down. There is a lot of hype around getting new programs. The program chairs are bitching that they may have to work (WOW- they never work!) to bring new programs in that they don't even qualify to manage. Is fun to watch them all worrying about their jobs.
All about the money. Now they can hire you and others with a much lesser salary and no benefits, as they are going in adjunct mode. This is what is going to happen at the ground schools very soon. This idiots don't get it that adjunct teachers give adjunct efforts. It is now obvious that Zenith is a short term operation to make as much money possible and then close this evil shit down.
Can you share the link?
Thanks!
