Yesterday I was told that my position is eliminated. They keep telling me it has nothing to do with my performance. My team mate of the same position told me he is safe and can stay in the company. Is this discrimination?

I know of several new mothers that have just come back from maternity leave that were extended offers to stay on board. It has nothing to do with discrimination. Basically your job title had more to do with it than your maternity status.
No, I don’t think it is discrimination. I’m not a lawyer, but I know Texas is a “Right-to-Work State.” That’s just another management/government euphemism or it’s-a-right-to-be-fired-at-a-moment’s-notice state. I think to be legal discrimination they must make their decision on legally-protected characteristics (race, sexual orientation, national origin, etc.) I doubt they made their decision on any such criteria and it will be very difficult to prove they did. The best thing you can do for you child and yourself is to get out as fast as you can. Actually, everyone should heed that advice.
Yes, no one is safe unless you are from JcPenney or you are a VP.
I'm not sure if I'd go quite that far. Nobody is safe there. I'd count my blessings that you have been given a dose of reality and I'd encourage your coworker to stop deluding themselves. Eject. Eject. Eject.
I'd think it is discrimination. I think Fossil has been getting rid of those with families and those with health conditions - cancer/ diabetes, babies first to save on health insurance money. The leadership obviously has no morals so I wouldn't be surprised if they let you go because now they have two insurance premiums to contribute to - you and your baby. I'm sorry and hope you find another job quickly.
