People who are in billing for 2 years, someone who is supposed to travel to onsite are also laid of. Not sure what is their criteria but lay-off just for numbers will hurt the company. Employee Mood is down and productivity is down.

All those who posted comments and are affected by Syntel's cruel action, lets contact and meet at some common point. Chennai guys have logged a complaint against Syntel. why cant we unite and do something ?

Syntel is one of the worst company I ever worked.
Yes only people who have experience from 0 to 6 years are targeted. PM and DM level people are not being touched but actually they are the reason for the poor performance of SYntel
