The CEO travels in private jets because his time is valuable. He thinks faster than most of you, so it is important to optimize his use of time. A good decision from him makes lots of money. As for employees, they are usually slow. Putting them on private jets won't help. All they do is spend, nag and complain.

The Gulfstream is leased and the pilots are employees. Might as well use it.
