WASC told Heald that the accreditation will be terminated in the near future due to fraudulent job placement claims. Any purchaser of Heald will have to secure new accreditation.

@ 949 So If they lose their WASC does the quarter continue as usual?
Being the OP, I really don't care whether people believe me or not. The statements speak for themselves.
I hate to tell you this (I'm not the OP), but the person who has been posting this stuff is connected. He knew the timeline for the fines, the termination of Cal Grants, etc. He's got my attention.
OP, what, you work for WASC now? Get real!
So, are you saying that you think WASC creates its own teach out policies on the fly? This is a document that explains the procedure for ANY school. The version modified in September 2014 has the same item at the top. http://www.wascsenior.org/content/teach-out-plans-and-agreements-policy.
That's a generic form from 2009. What dumbass would possibly post that? Right now, there are about ten things more pressing than the possibility of WASC accreditation ending. Stop posting random stupid shit, people.
I think we all have evidence about who is lying -- that is, who has been habitually engaging in fraudulent behavior.
984, no but it is the most accurate thing to say to someone posting a blatant lie like this
There will be no title iv funding so there will be no teach-out. Heald will have no funds to pay faculty or remaining staff. Closing is eminent.
Is that the best you can come up with, 983?
OP you're full of shit
It's a general form. Item one applies in Heald's case.
But it does apply to Heald.
It's a general teach-out form/standard. It's not directed specifically towards Heald or CCi.
I checked this out on the WASC site last night. It looks like the OP is correct. Check the first item in the teach out document. https://www.wascsenior.org/files/Teach_Out_Plans_and_Agreements_Policy.pdf
Somebody at WASC.
You're really in the know, please tell us more...
And your source is?
