As of now nobody knows, why Syntel started layoff? How much they are going to layoff? Are they selling off company?
Nothing is clear, some says there will be ramp down by 30% and then some says it will be 60%. Bad thing is Syntel has not even declared criteria for layoff.
There is no news in Indian media about it. When TCS started layoff there was huge cry about it but same thing is not happening about Syntel. Syntel is silently laying off people.
Syntel should make scene clear so that employees can decide about their future. As of now Syntel is only caring about her own future. Please don't play with the careers of employees.
