Don't be surprised if Heald is still in business that in about a month the sheriff comes and picks up all the furniture which is part of the collateral securing the BofA $100 million loan. Imagine teaching IT without any computers.

That's not how attachments work.
If BofA can't get the cash then it will take the furniture. It's more of a ploy to force CCI to file for BK so BofA can take the loss on the taxes.
Yeah, if you go to a warehouse where companies send their old furniture, you'll find that they're selling stuff for virtually pennies. B of A isn't likely to confiscate it. I don't know what Heald has that would be of value. The buildings are leased.
The computers are all leased anyway. BofA couldn't touch them. Heald owns nothing.
OP where are you getting your "information" from? Sounds unlikely.
There won't be another extension without "green hard cold CASH".
bank of america isnt worried about furniture. THey want their money back. There will be another extension. Part of the sale will go go BOA...otherwise bankruptcy and they dont get anythng. I doubt the last thing they want is outdated computers and furniture.
