Don't be surprised if Heald shuts down over the weekend. (Not saying it will but...). EVERYBODY (being California Attorney General, DOE, etc.) have told the powers that be that NOTHING will "piss them off more" that starting the April quarter and not finishing it. Heald has been put on notice that an almost sure way of having criminal charges brought would be to start the April quarter without finishing it.

I'm a student there im hoping it does close I regret puttin my self in a situation where I have to pay 25,000 for this bull shit
@OP: I hope you're right. For the students. It isn't fair to continue to waste their time. Even if they can get their money back, they can never get the time they invested back. Heald credits don't transfer 1:1 anywhere. Most will have to start all over. Stop wasting their time.
972 - perhaps starting a term and accepting funding when you know full well you don't have the resources to finish is fraud and/or racketeering.
I don't see the relationship between not finishing the quarter and criminal behavior.
