I can't believe anyone would fall for these bogus posts. Can't you see the OP is a troll? And the BS FBI agent was another troll from the CCi layoff posts. You people are falling for the same trolls that infiltrated the other site. Most of the posts asking for your information is none other than Cumdump posing as some FBI agent or a labor attorney. Arrin do you accept information on dirty things that Zenith is doing? Such as civil right violations, acceptance of unqualified students and teachers who teach classes without the proper credentials.

Going the civil law route will get you nowhere. You have two options here: a) work with the feds on a potential criminal case (I believe there was a legit FBI guy who posted his contact info on a Corinthian's site, you may want to look him up on this site, just search for fbi) - b) work with a journalist on publishing a story that would outline the corrupt nature of the system/organization. Good luck anyway.

The OP is a troll trying to play on your emotions. Unless you feel you were discriminated against because of age, sex, race or religion there is little you can do. Everyone is an at will employee and can be left go for any reason. And how in the world were your civil rights violated?
Regardless of the outcome, I think that it's good that we have an opportunity to EXPOSE the CORRUPTNESS of ECMC/Everest and get this into the media. The media needs to shine a spotlight on it and help us close the place down!

OP count me in even though I am from Texas. My civil rights have been violated. My first stop is EEOC but I will also talk to your attorney for wrongful termination. I also have a lot of information that will make your attorney very happy. From luck of FA to names of people who had no business being here but we took their money with a smile on the president's and RVPO face.
