I find it very interesting and unsettling that this woman who has violated the "No Compete Clause" by teaching online for Liberty University while working for Everest has the gall to call us with the layoff script. Pretend that I am a 6 year old and please explain this to me???

The non-compete clause was still enforced when I taught for ECP, both as an adjunct and online, even though I wasn't teaching for competitors. I was told that I couldn't even teach at a local community college, which I knew was utter BS. Even got a call from the online dean chastising me for teaching elsewhere. So glad I quit that godforsaken place.
She doesnt work...............oh you mean arrive at 10a leave at 4p with a 2 hour lunch!SHe used to sit right next to me. I complained to my PD, nothing. Then I went to TS....now look where I am!
Give credit where credit is do. PJ is willing to work her a.. off. Unlike you pathetic little bi....es.
It appeared in the initial contract/agreement full-time instructors signed with Corinthian back in 2013 and it said that instructors couldn't teach for other publicly traded for-profit schools.
Can anyone post this non compete clause please? Who does it apply to?
She is under TS Titties, so she can do what she wants. I am sure that her buddy Emily Grime got to keep her job!
Haha, wow a christian university, what is next a major in Santa Claus?
They are nonprofit... only "for profit" schools were considered competition.
