Heald instructors starting in April (assuming Heald is still in business) will be rushing before and after class to the salesroom due to recent layoffs due to lack of production by the current sales staff. Admin has decided that adjunct faculty are now full time employees with part time pay. Expect to work 20+ hours a week in sales without additional pay.

This is called "taking one for the team" and I am all for it. You can damn well bet that Augustine Heald was a salesman. He sold educational dreams, and they came true. I would relish any chance to work both sides of the field. Let's bring the future in, educate it, and watch what comes out the other side.
Heald management could care less if an adjunct quits. If you are an adjunct that could work somewhere else then you probably are already gone (or better put that is what management thinks).
Most adjuncts work ar other places. I am one of those who do, and would simply resign. I doubt the credibility of this post.
C'mon, if you're going to spark fear, at least do it convincingly or amusingly. This is neither.
