I have received this treatment and walked out.here in England it's called constructive dismissal
,keep a dossier.if they put one foot out of line,record it.I'm going to court,solicitors say it's open and shut case.you will receive much more in compensation than their miserable severance pay

Making employee's life miserable when they want to do layoffs is a strategy to avoid the burden of unemployment. This must be a human resources mandate.
