I believed they were a great company. Tom, Mike and the original crew cared.
I've seen this all from the inside for MANY LONG years...we all gave so much of our personal lives to see this company grow.
It's when Kosta took over and the old crusty board of directors decided people don't matter, only profits do. Motivational, inspiring, trustworthy leadership was gone. Smart talent gone. Management by intimidation, favoritism was in. Young, cute, inexperienced was in.
Sure the company looks cool. Has a cool building. Staff gets to travel to far off countries. Cool products...
...But when you're treated with such DISRESPECT after you've given SO much, when do you just say NO MORE!
Ask yourself, "Is this what I'm meant to be doing in life? Making disposable watches or handbags for a company that will easily toss me away one day?"
