Mark my words - we are missing the smart watch wave big time, w/in next 12 months we'll feel this impact in a major way, I know our numbers are soft, but they will become horrible very soon. We are currently a perfect target for a private equity firm to come in, buy a brand that generates cash flow, they will come in, license the hell out of the brand, lay off 90% of people, milk the cash flow, and take loans which will be distributed to the owners (themselves). Once they are done with that, they will sell the empty shell of what Fossil once was. Mark my words here, the clock is ticking and this is how things will play out.
