This truly is a good thing. They are clearing out tainted management as part of the impending sale. Trust me. I am not some dreamer going on about the "field of Heald" dreams.
That is a very good sign for finally shutting down the CCi/Heald scam!
Or.....they "retired" (who reteires voluntarily on 4 days notice?) rather than be fired. I would consider that a goood sign, exceptb that nothing short of a purchase is going to keep CCI from BK.
