Does anyone know how our 2015 severance packages are structured - thank you in advance

Avago doesn't publish severance to enable flexibility in what they give but typically 2 weeks per year with an upper limit.
When we got laid off in 2014 it was 2 month notice, and severance 1 wk per year, max 8 weeks. Good luck
Not sure how valid it is but after avago acquires it , we'll get the bare minimum 2 months
I hear you get a week per year of service. The first year does not count as it has to be a full year.
