Thread regarding ECMC layoffs

More misleading advertising (what are the implications?)

Everest is now advertising itself as part of a "well established non-profit...with a strong committment to student success." Do you think this is ethical for Everest, ECMC, Zenith to say?

So all the make up industry is a fraud too. They advertise that their creams will keep you younger which we all know is full of s***. So now we are going to file a lew suit against them too. What about all the weight loss advertising ... We need to file against them too.
