@106280. I LOVE You.@just laughing. You sound one those ex-girl friends that continue to stalk some guy that they "claim" they no longer like. PHH dumped you. Sounds line it was a very wise decision. Get over it.

@ Just laughing,

Let’s assume for the sake of argument that everything you say about yourself (you've gone more into that on other threads than on this one, in particular) and everything you say about those that still work at PHH is true and accurate. I have no reason to doubt what you’ve asserted about yourself in terms of having a great job, making lots of money, etc. I don’t think that everything you’ve asserted about people that continue to work at PHH is true (that they are all miserable in their jobs, that they are only there because they can’t find anything else better, etc). That seems to me to be an incredible blanket statement to be making about a couple thousand people (I don’t know the exact number…yes, I know it’s shrinking). However, for the sake of argument, let’s assume the things you’ve said to that end ARE true...

Even if everything you have said across many posts is true, the way in which you’ve gone about writing those posts oftentimes could only be interpreted as condescending, belittling, demeaning, insulting, etc as you have gone on about how people at PHH are miserable in their jobs, they only work here because they can’t find anything better, etc, etc, etc. Even if all of that were true (and again, I don’t believe it all is), the way in which you have chosen to say it reflects much more poorly on you than how working at PHH reflects on the people that continue to work there. It would be somewhat analogous to the bully in the school yard that picks on the kids from low income homes because they can’t afford the same nice clothes that the bully has. It really says much more about the kind of person that the bully is than it does about the ones that the bully is targeting.

I have no idea what your history is with PHH or what about that causes you to want to continue to come to a message board geared primarily towards current PHH employees for the purpose of ridiculing them and telling them how bad their lives must be because they still work there. But I hope that at some point you are able to move on and I also hope that you consider what truth there may be in the message above about how what you have been saying here (and how you say it) reflects on you (even as an anonymous poster).

@ Anonymous .104836 - You are so funny. If you work at PHH you don't have a "career" nor do you get great pay. That is hilarious. You obviously have never had either. But hey, PHH loves people like you.....cheap labor with little expectations. GO FOR IT!

That's your problem. You have a "job." I have a "career." I love working at PHH. Great pay and great benefits. Good luck to you in your current job.

We get paid 37.5 hours. My neighbor and I car share to work. No matter how much we put into our job, we can't earn more.

Lots of people are leaving to work at Freedom Mortgage Company.

There is very high turnover at PHH.

They don't have many qualified people in management. It seems like a starting place for most people. After three years, they move on for better pay.

We are also looking.

It's just a paycheck. Nothing more.

I don't think anyone at PHH is making minimum wage... maybe a janitor or something... so your post is just bologna. If you ARE making minimum wage and you aren't earning enough comp or bonuses above that to make a living, then you aren't producing and should go somewhere that better matches your skills.

As with ANY job, whether layoffs are coming or not isn't something that's in your control. All you can do is do the best you can and let whatever else take care of itself. If layoffs come, they come. If the don't, then keep working.

In any job, its important that you keep your resume updated, keep your feelers out there and keep an emergency fund for those times when you're looking for a job. Do that (and keep yourself and your skills among the best in the industry) and you'll survive anything that comes your way.

@Anonymous82392 - That's your problem....you are grateful to have a job....any job, so you will settle for less. You apparently are lacking in self esteem and confidence or you would not "love" working at PHH. It's people like you they are looking for. They pay you minimum wage and have no respect for you. Good luck to you. Maybe someday you will be able to better yourself. BTW - There ARE more layoffs coming.....and that's not coming from a "troll".

I agree with Anonymous76832. Troll is a perfect term. And March 10th has come and gone. I think they are done laying off for quite some time. Just my opinion!

I love my job at PHH, I am grateful to have a job!
