Several of LG's DOAs refuse to talk to her after her rambling, nonsensical calls and rude degrading behavior. Looks like the writing is on the wall. Bu-bye.

Her friends made sure she was kept after the sale, when any one of the RVPAs that reported to her was more qualified to run the division. She is such a low life, she didn't contact any RVPs when they were let go. Regardless of your opinion of RVPs it's pretty despicable to go hide when something like that happens to your team. Then there is her complete inability to lead or understand basic sales cycles. She is reprehensible, I hope that all of the DOAs stop talking or acknowledge her. Get her out sooner rather than later.
As of right now, 567 people have read this thread. That tells you a LOT about how despised LG is. She's a total waste of space and unemployable anywhere except CCi. Heck, even here she wouldn't have been hired without the right...er..."friends." That's saying a lot when you look around at some of the clowns that get hired here.
LG refers to... Well I guess if I spell it out she will delete the post cause she has done that once before when I slammed her on this site for, well, for reasons similar to the ones you read now. She was the divisional VP of admissions under CCi. Like if you have the DOA, who answers to the RVPA, LG was the boss for all the RVPA's in the west. Now however, she can best be described as a trained dental assistant kicking and screaming on her way out, as she tries to show anyone that will listen why she should be kept around and why she is valuable to the operation. When you ask what CCi wasted so much money on and why it failed, it's because they hired people without REAL collegiate experience to manage a workforce. A dental assisting diploma from Everest College does not equate to well producing, people understanding leader. So we have what we have with LG... Must suck to go home at night knowing how pathetic you are and how many people know it.

659 - How badly must ECMC be run that they can't even see that there's something very, very wrong? LG and crew couldn't come across as knowledgeable professionals if their lives depended on it. What does it tell you that they're still here? And don't get me started on the Socle freaks. Glad I don't have to interact with those assholes anymore.

The show has been here. No one is impressed, the fact LG has a job is beyond me. She has no personal skills, her industry knowledge is zero and all she seems to be able to do is scream. She hasn't been at a campus since before Sept. She couldn't lead herself out of a paper bag.
OP - has the ECMC dog and pony show not come to your campus? Why do you expect change?
384 -- anyone dumb enough to trust LG in a position of authority deserves to fail. The only problem is that Hawn's going to take a lot of innocent people with him.
I picture Hawn a year from now, sitting with his head between his knees trying to figure out how everything went so terribly, terribly wrong. "I just don't get it. Corinthian was a solid, well-run, money making machine that just got into a little tiff with a few state and federal agencies. I bought them, rebranded as non-profit to obscure the scam even more, and kept the same people and a motto of 'business as usual.' Then everything all went to hell! How? How did it happen?!?"
One would think, but ECMC/Zenith has made an absolute commitment to CCi's ex-leadership and "business as usual." I have a feeling she's not going anywhere.
