Fire the bloated mid-management! Does a school with a dwindling population need so many
full time directors? All these people with titles, oh my.

It seems that all we need are admissions and faculty with a skeleton crew of support staff, maybe a president and one v.p.
I hope so. Our regional doesnt do squat she just sends others to do her work and plays it off that she's giving them an opportunity.
Most companies fire from the middle out, so that's very likely to happen.
Regionals need to go. ALL OF THEM. The Divisionals should be able to do the job.
