Please provide educated guesses, I am a student, I want to know what my future holds. End of February? End of March?

The info is correct: http://www.myfedloan.org/manage-account/loan-forgiveness-discharge-programs/school-closure-loan-discharge.shtml
You have to ask where you got your information. Was it from Corinthian, Everest? If so, you have to doubt it. Go get some real information, consult a lawyer to find out the real deal. If you hear it from Everest or Corinthian they are blowing smoke to keep you in and keep your loan tab going up.
We have to be there within 120 days of the closure is what I heard. If we bail now, and the school closes in June, what then? I had dropped out due to the ever changing rules, but came back to make sure I wouldn't miss this opportunity to get my money back from this crappy school. It sure has been miserable though, knowing that our homework and classwork is for nothing. Seeing the looks of the teachers faces is not encouraging either, they are aware that the schools are falling apart and do not care anymore. If they ever did.
Your "refund" won't be contingent on you still being a student. If there is such hope as a refund (highly doubtful) it will apply to all students who were enrolled in Everest in a certain time period regardless of the student's current status.
So, as someone else said you are "fuxored" and get out now.
March 22, 2015 3:01PM PT. You're welcome, "student."
Soon my friend soon
No luck of a refund if I don't wait it out
You are fuxored. You might as well get out now because your degree won't be worth the paper it is printed on.
It's happening everyday. They are in teach out
