Any buyer of Heald WILL assume all current challenges AND lawsuits. If you think you would be Heald's knight in shining armor, then I hope your armor is made of the most valuable gold because only you will have to pay for it.

And lawsuits there will be.
The market for students has tightened, so getting access to the Heald student base would be worth many millions. I get that it seems strange, but growth is what the buyer would seek, as well as some sort of regulatory concessions.
Also laced with jewels. Can someone explain to me why someone would buy us with all this to deal with?
