We know that Heald is great. But what are we asking the AG for? more time? Release Heald and buyer from lawsuit obligation?

Camden Kid, go away! You have no affiliation whatsoever with Heald or CCi. Why don't you go grade assignments or plan lessons for your community college job, and stop weighing in on something you know nothing about other than what you've garnered from the news.
Let the school close and see if there is a real demand. Then have the most principled and skilled people (with the community) look at the feasibility of reopening as a nonprofit coop.
You would sound a lot--OK, at least a little more credible if you were able to write properly.

This shows the incredible immaturity of the management of the company and those at the campus levels. "oh, please, students sign a petition to save my job." Grow up already and actually admit to your incompetent and predatory natures. It's not just CA's AG, it's multiple AG. Federal agency's as well, that are suing and investigating improprieties. Eeva stated that she doesn't report to CCI but out of the other side of her mouth says, Heald financial's don't exist. So which is it? Pathetic misuse of student's time and efforts. Maybe you should actually teach them to read and write first.
The petition is asking the AG to stop blocking a sale. The specifics haven't been shared with us. I'm guessing they want the buyer to be released from the lawsuit. I don't see this petition being successful.
