The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. This project is a failure. Why keep throwing good money after bad? Change course! Maybe the reason is the same people who were in charge making this decision (ALL of whom should have known better about this field) are still in charge. So the engineers who should have seen this failure coming still have their jobs and are still making their inflated salaries. Meanwhile, intelligent, hard-working people in the field have lost their jobs.

Perhaps it was just implemented incorrectly by field management.
