Looking for the next opportunity, but glad to be out of that environment. Oh, just a side note, but I have learned from a real HR department also going through a WARN that UNLESS additional compensation is provided for a signature, the releases we had to sign are null. So, a class action is viable. I wonder how long it will take a lawyer to jump on this? Especially once those Million dollar bonuses are paid out to the Execs who caused this mass layoff.
