To my fellow Colorado Springs employees. You were a good lot and I hope you all have jobs you are moving on to. You didn't deserve what happen to you and you are far better than the Florida group. They are making a big mistake, but they don't see it.

Agreed 264! As one who stuck around COS til the bitter end, I can just say, I stayed for the unemployment benefits. I have some great options including taking the summer off if I want to so I rode it out. Best of luck fellow CS peeps! And well said 264.
No need to throw Tampa under the bus. COS starting tanking when they brought SS in and ran off MM (WOW internet got all the best leaders).
TG was barely qualified as a Director, over her head as an SD and she was a deer in the VP-headlights.
The writing was LITERALLY on the wall. It read "WE ARE THEY!" When you start to feel like you work in the book "1984" I think it's a safe bet that it's time to leave. That will have to be a lesson for the future for our COS friends. Good luck to all!
