It has come to my attention that schools with less than 500 students will go to teach out mode in July. Does anyone have any more information on this?

Those of you that are trying to figure this out have missed the entire point of the purchase. We purchased students for the $24mm. We have only released $480mm in student loans. Plenty of meat still on the bone to string this along through a teach out and take $500mm to the bank in guaranteed student loans. This was a short term buyout solution, so we are pressing to double the enrollments right now to increase the population before the teach outs begin. I hope HLC is reading this and reconsiders allowing the Phoenix deal!
FL schools are going to be in real trouble. If you're still around, start looking elsewhere.
there are only a small handfull of schools that have over 500 students. Vast majority of schools have 150 to 350.
Very likely that schools with less than 500 students will close via teach out.
