Anyone have some serious contacts where we can file complaints against ECMC/Zenith/Everest? Even though our employment was "at will," I think that we still need to expose the corruptness that's going on so that those in the future don't suffer like we did. Perhaps Senator Harkin would be interested?

I highly doubt anyone laid off would have a case. We are AT WILL for a reason. The only way a lawsuit would work is of some kind of discrimination was happening, and there's no proof of that. This company doesn't discriminate, it hates all of us equally.
Keep in mind that you are dealing with evil people. These people have no consideration for you or your famiy. All they care is profits.
Senator Harkin is good start.
