The most recent two documents from The People of the State of California vs Heald College et al indicate that the office of the attorney general has granted Heald and the other parties extra time to produce documents. This is just "standard operating procedure". You need to read the whole court file. In short, due to the fact that CCI is facing a CRIMINAL investigation then proceedings in a CIVIL matter are put on hold. CCI is dealing with a criminal subpoena. What Heald DOES NOT tell you is that one of the allegations is deceptive advertising (e.g. advertising programs that don't exist) with one of the attached exhibits being an ad for the "Heald ultrasound program".
