Heald will PERMANENTLY lose Cal grant eligibility. The smart money is that the audited records won't be timely produced to CSAC and even if they were then the numbers are SO BAD that CSAC can still deny Heald Cal Grant eligibility.

The numbers are not bad for Heald; however, they are for CCi. It is CCI that has to produce the numbers for Heald and they are slow.
And if Heald loses Cal Grant funds because it is not financially viable, then Heald will lose Title IV funding because it is financially viable. Then Heald is done.
