Never trust what they say in Interview. They are very selfish. The lay off is based on racial profiles. Foreigners and colored people go first no matter how good they are. Mr. Noel Watson needs to change culture and terminate racist managers.

I have found that the black males in management have been very racist and bigoted towards me also. I just happen to be a white female. They constantly make rude comments to me, ask me to get coffee, etc. I am an experienced Electrical Engineer, with my PE. I am not hanging around this company much longer if I continue to be mistreated, and not promoted due to the actions of a couple of racist egotistical power-complex blacks. You have never seen racism like that of a bigoted racist black male when they dislike white people. White people can't even come close. Not by a long shot. Say what you want but it's just blowing smoke that only white people are racists. That's BS and I'm working on my resume now.
It is completely true. Jacobs engineering is a truly racist company. They treat the ethnics minority like they were nothings.
It's true for women also. The redneck white males of Jacobs have huge ego's. They bring in their lazy buddies and refuse to train existing staff. Very rarely do any women advance within this company. You can be a lead Engineer and still be asked to get coffee or copy files.
You are so right !!! Also in Europe is the same...Is disgusting the way JACOBS treat foreigners people. They use them and then they throw them in 5 minutes!!!
