And so the layoff trend continues. Laying off good hardworking US workers. In return for poor India support who staff cannot even understand on the phone, much less customers. And they have angered all of your customer base. The cat is out of the bag you fools.
Profits are way down. Clients are leaving in droves. And instead of Allscripts changing course and stopping the Offshoring which has caused this loss in profits due to customer satisfaction being destroyed, those fools have doubled down and decided to go full on with their eventual goal of 100 percent India and laying off what US staff they have left.
Eclipsys merger started this madness and Eclipsys will go down in history as the final step in the death of Allscripts and their love of outsourcing everything.
Epic will mop the floor up with you at this point.
300 US layoffs/jobs that are gone and will never come back. Allscripts might as well sell the buildings in the Forum because they will no longer be needed when all staff are in India.
This is the Company's last gasp before it either files bankruptcy or gets bought out by a competitor. But you have let India programmers break the EHR so much that it cannot be recovered from at this point. What once was a good product before Misys merger now is a crapfest of a product and the clients say so.
The layoffs have been done to recoup some money to pay all the debtors and investors that Allscripts has lied to and cheated and now the chickens have come home to roost. Things like reporting 1 million loss when it was really 12 million and then blame that press release as a typo is absurd. That's false reporting. You simply got caught with your pants down. No amount of layoffs will dig you out of this hole. You have laid down in the bed with India and now its time to reap what you have sewn.
And you managers who flew over to India to orchestrate this debacle know who you are and soon you will find yourself in the unemployment line and no previously laid off employees are going to lift a finger to help you when you come begging for a job.
