Professional IT people do not join CTS US CORP from North America even if they pay you more. They out-source your skill set and drop you like hot potato. You will regret to know that their managers are mostly offshore bunch who come on L1/L2 (Abusers of Green card) to get their GC in 6 months (fast track) claiming executives without any NORTH American experience. I wonder people waiting for Gc's on EB3/EB2 with more US experience will be scapegoated due to this loop-hole of US EB1 MN C's. I wish families waiting for GC's in US will be defeated if someone from India with low education IT back ground (low level degress MCA/M.sc/B.sc/B.com/NIIT/APTech from private/part time colleges India) manges to get GC's claiming as offshore MNC managers/Executives..USCIS please watch out it's abusing GC it's a big catch They out-source your skill set and drop you like hot potato if you join from NA corp on h1b (They are not innovators like Microsoft/Apple/IBM they just copy technology and talk big). I totally agree with Anonymous87323.
It is a BIG loop-hole of US EB1 MNC's, it is totally exploited by these out-source companies with these junior non skilled managers.
Lots of Highly skilled professionals (in technology) and their families are sufferring. :-)
Hope USCIS will revisit this EB1 policy for MNC junior non technology managers.
