I guess I have to assume that the ESI Board of Directors sent George Paz to Franklin Lakes, NJ for a town hall meeting just to tell NJ employees that Franklin Lakes building is not closing. In fact he started and ended his message with Franklin Lakes building is not closing. Indirectly he was trying to "WOW" the employees into thinking that no more job functions would be moved out of NJ to St Luis and thus no more layoffs in NJ. It just happens that there were layoffs the very next day in Franklin Lakes. In my 17 years of working as a professional and with business education, it is clear that ESI will not be in Franklin Lakes building much longer. The building will be either sold and leased back for short term or lease it to other companies due to its size. Anytime they start repainting the walls the building is getting ready to be sold.
