Yes, it has been almost 2 years since IT people were walked out the door.. RJ took away our old faded ID badges that we given to us when we first started, walked us to our cars and then .... we left to find other jobs and have found the grass is much greener on the other side, our lives are better, we are appreciated by our new management, we have less stress in our lives, and we are appreciated by our new managers. Absolutely there are no regrets, most of us have landed very nice jobs at :tower "5" company, or one of the local major banks.

Might not be an axe to grind still. Maybe some of us just want to try and save others. There were many in Hitlers army that did not want to be there, but remained due to fear and intimidation. Some people have integrity, honesty, and a soul. I guess you are not one of them.
Keep attending the cattle prod meetings. It sounds like you like them. You may want to brighten your lipstick as well.
If you can't see that the ship is sinking, you are blind. You shouldn't be wasting your time on this board of comments. You should be out looking for another job. The clock is ticking and when they are done stealing all that they can everyone else will be sold out.
And yet you still have an axe to grind. I've been laid off from other companies before and ended up better off for it. I, unlike you, never looked back. My guess is you're someone harboring feelings like a jilted ex-lover just hoping to be taken back. If it's meant to be, it will be. There are plenty of fish in the sea! And all the other cliches that will make you feel better about your feelings of rejection, little buddy. Those who were let go, with a few minor exceptions, deserved it. Resistance to change. Antiquated ways of thinking. We're running with big boys over here now. Hopefully that greener grass is nice and cool so you can sit in it to help ease the butthurt you're feeling for now 2 years.
