Good news: At l;east we have some new starts. Bad news: If they wern't smart enough to understand what is happenong here, how long will they lat?

I doubt that it's 10 students on any campus, though.
749 might be correct. As these unaware prospective students begin to wake up and smell the coffee, it will eventually trickle down to all campuses. It will be the end of Heald as we know it.
Given the lack of students at Milpitas, I suspect OP is right.
OP, how would you know this? I seriously doubt your ass is in a high enough position to receive and analyze student enrollments for all campuses. Nice try though.
