I was told to say 10 clients and have additional headroom. Truth was 18 clients and had no ability to service all the clients as promised. Tried like crazy! Gave up weekends and week nights working. As appreciation, I was sent a stupid rock - milestone they told us. Now, I'm not working and have a family to feed. Merger with Medco was a lie. The client has not benefited. We were suppose to pass along price savings. But, check our rates. Clients are leaving for better rates. Company lacks integrity.
