Wine and dine the prospective buyer first and then present your case is not a bad idea. It shows professionalism. It's better than picketing.

OP is correct, Eeva and Co. were touring a group around the campus today. Who knows if it means anything; it's certainly not the first time they've given the tour to prospective buyers.
There isn't one thing you can show that proves Heald is bad. Some people aren't happy when they see others happy. I agree with 850 this person is probably a Heald drop out and since he can't get a job without an education he is unemployable.

This sounds legit so it is good to know that there are true crusaders out there. Maybe you could organize a "lunch in" or something where all the employees bring documents. I bet you will all feel like "big shots." Do put down the mops and clean up the janitorial jumpsuit, though. It will look unprofessional. What an ass clown!

Once a prospective buyer uncovers the liabilities then the prospective buyer no longer exists.
Heald is a disgrace and needs to shut down! If anyone can inform the buyers, go for it!

Now why would you post that here? Most of us are rooting for Heald to be saved not for Heald to go under. What kind of response are you expecting? And what exactly is your plan? Are you going to pull the buyer aside? Present the papers upon arrival? Shout it from your office?
