This has ALWAYS been the case with Sprint. The management cold care less about customer service. You can not believe the effort put into extra charges and the ability to continue billing after service has ended. I feel sorry for the 3000 about to be laid off at Christmas. It is all part of an ongoing effort to move out of Kansas, and back to California.

Yesterday the FTC and the FCC announced that Verizon and Sprint are the latest carriers to get caught cramming customer’s bills with bogus charges. The companies will be forced to pay a combined $158 million in settlement payments.
