Talisma is about as useless as a root canal.

Not surprising. Nothing will change for the online division with TS still at the helm. Instructors have been giving their thoughts and feedback about Talisma and the added outreach efforts, which has been a complete waste of time, for over a year. Guess who has been in charge during that tenure? TS, need to move her out of the picture before any real changes are accomplished.
I guess TS just wants to create a bunch of zombie instructors that keep the asses in classes without much thought of teaching students anything. Whatever works!
I'm one of the ones that hates Talisma, Citrix. They jack up every computer I finally got them on. Citrix is the worst program and most invasive. It is the worst part of the job.
If you hate Talisma so much that you have to find another job, go for it. But it is what it is. Granted, a tenured position at a traditional college would be a much nicer, less mind-numbingly repetitious job. But judging from what I've seen my fellow CCI instructors write (whether posting to this board, in emails, classroom forums, etc), there aren't many of us who have much of a choice. Look for another job, but if you don't find one make the most of the one you have.

We've been hearing "business as usual" for over six months now, and the transition to Zenith has come and gone with no other changes. I'm not sure why you thought Talisma would go away. Please, please don't tell me you haven't even been looking for a new job until now? You do realize that everyone else has been, and a lot of them are competing in the same pool as you? Better get on that!
