So we have to call students Monday and Friday, email them on Wednesday, and now we're going to "hangout" with them on Facebook?

You don't have to do anything. I don't email my students on Wednesdays. I don't call my students on Monday, unless they call me.
I only send the outreach emails and call when a student doesn't respond. Keep in mind there are ways around the system to make it look like you call students. Keep your Talisma tracking on point because admin is watching that closely. Why? I have no idea because it is pure BS as most students don't answer, phone doesn't work, don't have voicemail, or just hang up on you.
Who is the idiot, or idiots, who think this outreach is still working? Seriously. I have seen my student attrition rates GO UP since we started this BS student outreach plan. It is akin to creditors calling you and following-up, would you appreciate that? Think about it.
