Do you really think students are posting here?

Honestly, I bet there are only a few actual Heald employees posting.

They're unlikely to know anything at the campus level. It's CAO, if anyone at Heald. It's probably only known at CCi's main offices, though. At any rate, things aren't looking good. According to the Sacramento TV site, tomorrow is Heald's last opportunity to demonstrate financial stability with the state.

You should talk to your campus president. I know he's open to meeting with students. Remember, this site has a lot of unsubstantiated rumors and best guesses.

Looking grim. The AG won't let up on lawsuit. Whoever buys will have to pay for lawsuit which may cost multiple millions. Equity firms are out because it's not a hood investment because of all ygat

In the past, it might have been someone like California Regent Richard Blum (Dianne Feinstein's husband), who bought ESI and CECO after that had major controversies and the stock dropped.

At this point, I can think of exactly none. The risk is too high. A purchase, if any, is a long way off. CCI does not have the money to last very long. Sorry, but keep your eyes and ears open and cover your butt. At least start looking for another school in case you have to change.
