More layoffs at Express Scripts today. Funny that we are cutting Account Managers and Account Executives when we are "all in" for our clients.

I am one of those affected. Had a client deck of 16 and couldn't keep up while working 10 to 12 hour days, six days a week. I was told the company focus is moving to excellent client servicing. Want to bet? Having higher expectations with less employees is a formulary for disaster! Just watch
