I was at your restaurant (Beverly Hills, Rodeo) - great location, cannot be better. The place looks like it's 1995, the menu is more like 1998, the waiter was very pleasant but the place was COMPLETELY empty even though it was Friday night (around 8 p.m.) - for some reason I always liked your brand and I always felt comfortable visiting. Now, things are changing, it's just not the same any more and I suggest that you do something about it - otherwise you will be closing locations and letting people go - I wish you all the best and I do hope you'd be able to turning things around (it'll be hard)...
