Looks like Dick Drainer Doug is about to get publicly bitch slapped by the founder, the creator, and the innovator, one Aubrey McClendon! Go ahead and put your corporate janitor suit back on Doug, your little man syndrome is now apparent to the world!!!

$20 stock...thanks super talented and all knowing DD Doug!
There is a huge difference between data and interpretations. Partners are entitled to the raw data, interpretations (maps, etc) are NOT given to partners (any of them, regardless of WI %). It will be interesting to watch.
Hope that muscle helps pay a wad of cash back to CHK! AEPs motto will now be "criminal work works here" - until the doors are closed by the creditors. :)
It's not stealing, as a partner he already owned it. This is just about the puppet master Icahn and little puppet janitor Doug trying to save face in light of being crushed by AEP in business strategy. Hard work pays off and AEP had flexed it's muscles!!!
Oh oh, I didn't know that's how it works. So as long as I steal something from someone in Oklahoma, I shouldn't expect to get arrested, etc because, gosh darnit, that's just not very neighborly. GTFO! If only I had known!
That's the worst f***ing argument I've heard in this whole discussion.
69019 I was half expecting you to quote that retarded "hard work works here" slogan that aep trademarked. What a tool lol
Open and shut lawsuit my ass... Just because you BCC some maps does not grant you the right to assess burden on another company's assets that was never to be leased by CHK even if Aubrey retired and spent his days Bermuda. Someone else was going to lease that land and it was never to be CHK as the blitzkrieg land grab game was declared over by Lord Carl Icahn. If AEP didn't lease it, chances are another company would have it. AEP also took the business risk of it being bad acreage so now that it's good all of sudden fat kid down the street wants some cake for himself too. It's funny to see the average new hires of CHK act like they know anything about the Aubrey story. Aubrey may have pushed the envelope and crossed the line, but this lawsuit is a little overboard. It's sad to see the board coming after a fellow Oklahoma City company. They don't give two shits about Oklahoma but only their wallets which are about to get a little heavier after a CHK buyout.
Ha ha ha. Why would I want to go work for a company that is about to get slammed in an open and shut lawsuit and have a huge chunk of its revenue set aside for another company to take advantage of?
Actually, I joined after he left. There was no way in hell I was working for a company run by that crook.
Listen to all you whiny, ungrateful little shits...you're all a bunch of Aubrey haters now, huh? You wouldn't have anything without him, he is a builder, a creator! Doug is the mop up crew...figure it out and move on before it's too late. If you're willing to work hard, we can use you over at AEP!
Maybe a good slapping will help him get that bullshit pile of hair in place.
Uh I think it's obviouse who IS getting publicly bitch slapped after reading the filing!
The separation agreement allows him to hold data specific to wells that he has an interest in, not to potential leases that Chesapeake had not entered into. Here's a question - if it was OK for him to have the data, then why did he bcc himself? Why not just ask for the data to be pulled and provided?
What's apparent to the world is AKM is and always has been corrupt.
This is the shareholders saying we are tired of being screwed by AKM. We will see who winds up wearing an orange jumpsuit. Don't think it will be Dougie!!!!!
This has Icahn's sticky fingers written all over it. Dougie fresh has nothing to do with this. He is following his boss' commands.
Ummmmm... Have you read the separation agreement?
Ummmmmm ... have you read the complaint?
