I see many posts complaining about "business as usual", including retention (so far)of many CCI leaders and managers. Three possible responses: 1. It is still early. Change takes time. 2. ECMC had months to prepare and could/should have taken bold action immediately. 3. There will be little change. Market condition require aggressive recruiting and retention efforts and ECMC needs the experience of the CCI management team to survive.

060: I disagree entirely. At Socle, for example, we are involved in questionable practices every day. Some of us have financial aid experience and know that our practices are probably illegal. Others don't, but are simply doing their jobs the way they were taught by the crooks at the top. Get rid of the crooks (at Socle, some non-senior managers and literally everyone above that) and bring in some people who are knowledgeable about Title IV.
You dirty "teachers" falsify grades and attendance and need to be replaced. If you work for ECMC you should be ashamed. You work for a debt collector.
060 and 061: This is 040. I am stating the facts. I understand that the trouth hurts and is easy to blame ALL instead of looking at the facts and take action against the ones responsible for the mess we are in. ECMC needs to get rid the proper people; not the teachers who work their ass off all day to teach the untraceables who the admisions sign up indiscriminately.
040 read 060. You are a nasty crook. Quit trying to displace and deflect responsibility. Creep
All ECMC employees are crooks. From the instructors falsifying grades and attendance to the career services reps inputting phony placements and finally Kim D collecting title IV. All of you
I am very thankful to ECMC and it's management team for saving our jobs from the CCI selfish crooks. I am now very concerned to see that most of the CCI leadership is still around from RVPO and up. These people are naturally crooks as they have been crooks for years under the CCI nastyness. The "business as usual" is very dangerous for ECMC and the more they wait to take the garbage out the longer their ECMC house will sting.
All crooks....anything unethical took place at campus level under the president and RVPO eyes.
That list of "qualified ETHICAL" leaders must be very very short. Care or dare to reveal any of those names?
Agree with 004. I personally would respect Zenith/ECMC for taking the time to observe current former CCi employees and make educated decisions in regard to future retention of staff. There are a small handful of qualified, ethical leaders from the RVPO's down to campus directors who would be assets to Zenith/ECMC in achieving many of the goals for turning the former CCi company around.
